Kempo H.I.T. (High Intensity Training) Fitness is a group exercise class using functional movements to increase strength, mobility, stability and endurance. Using agilities, plyometrics, kettle bells, medicine balls and resistance bands you will see and feel your body change in a positive way.

H.I.T. Fitness is for all fitness levels. You work at the pace you are comfortable with. The workout is performed in a circuit and is facilitated by one of our qualified instructors. They will encourage you to progress to the next level of fitness in an exciting and safe environment.

A body in motion is a healthy body and that is our goal for you. Bring in a friend or make some new ones and let's get that body moving. It's always better to sweat with a friend.
