Sr. Head Instructor Martha Taylor works diligently on making sure each of her Kardio Kickboxing classes is filled with strengthening the Heart, the Mind, and the Body!
Each class starts with high intensity cardio and then practices many forms of kickboxing, i.e., pad drills, kicking drills, tai boxing drills, etc.
Also incorporated in the classes are resistance strength training, stretching, and katas.
Teens and adults of all ages are welcomed and challenged to set their goals high and work hard to achieve them!
During the class the student raises their heart rate, improves flexibility, balance, coordination and strength. And did we mention fun??
